Amber (she/her) holds a Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), Registered 200-Hour Yoga Instructor, and is working towards becoming a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). Her clinical focus includes sport and performance psychology, identity development, global trauma-informed care, young adult issues, college and career coaching, anxiety/ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy.

Amber takes an empathetic approach to help clients navigate challenges, discover solutions, and thrive through life’s ups and downs. Her experience as a first-generation Mexican-American enriches her culturally sensitive practice, integrating evidence-based techniques with deep personal understanding. She strives to meet clients where they are and gently challenge them to align their lives with their values. By fostering self-compassion and connection, Amber helps clients build resilience, improve decision-making, and achieve personal and professional growth. Amber works best with clients ready to reflect, show up authentically, and stay present. Amber enjoys her early morning yoga practice, listening to music, and experiencing the richness of different cultures.
