She/her

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Utah with a background in psychology, military mental health, and trauma-informed care. I have extensive experience working with individuals impacted by PTSD and complex trauma, both in correctional settings and residential treatment programs. I specialize in helping adolescents and young adults develop emotional regulation, insight, and resilience through evidence-based interventions.
My approach is structured yet compassionate, integrating DBT and Brainspotting to help clients process trauma, build skills, and foster self-awareness. I strive to create a safe and affirming space where clients feel empowered to grow and connect meaningfully with others.
