Life doesn't always ask us to become someone entirely new. More often, it asks us to reconnect with parts of ourselves we've lost along the way.

My approach to therapy is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that healing happens in relationships, both the relationship we have with ourselves and the relationships we have with others. Together, we'll create a space where you can slow down, make sense of your experiences, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and connected.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades working at the intersection of justice, education, humanitarian response, and leadership. I've served as a prosecutor, educator, university administrator, and Executive Director of an international nonprofit, while also working with the United Nations and World Bank on issues including trauma, displacement, child protection, and community resilience across the United States and internationally.

These experiences have shown me that while our stories differ, many of our struggles are deeply human. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, major life transitions, relationship challenges, or questions of identity and purpose, therapy can provide a place to understand what's happening beneath the surface, not simply to reduce symptoms, but to build a life that feels more grounded and fulfilling.

I hold a Juris Doctor, a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Adult Mental Health and Gerontology, and a Doctor of Education in Higher Education. My work integrates evidence-based practices with a whole-person approach that honors the emotional, relational, cultural, and physiological aspects of healing.

It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they rediscover their resilience, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful change.
