Many individuals seek support for concerns related to relationships, career dissatisfaction, self-esteem, ADHD, burnout, and the impact of perfectionism on their lives. A helpful goal in these situations is reducing the fear of failure, as well as exploring how these challenges may be connected to feelings of anxiety and depression. In couples therapy, areas of exploration often include communication styles, emotional intimacy and connection, strengthening the emotional bond, and developing coping strategies to manage stress. To build rapport with clients, I ask about the changes they hope to make, their inner experiences, their strengths, and the people in their support networks.
