Janna Centrella, MA, LPCC
Pronouns: She/Her

I’m a Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate and I work with individuals living with anxiety, depression, trauma, complex trauma, grief, or in life transitions. I am also passionate about working with those who identify as neurodivergent (highly sensitive/ adhd symptoms, etc.), those who are looking for integration or spiritual support, and/or those who have experienced narcissistic abuse. Together, we will create a safe and authentic space for exploration as we navigate life’s tributaries of trials, challenges, beauty, wonder, and hope.

My approach involves DBT, Somatic Awareness, Brainspotting, Parts Work, Sand Tray, Jungian, Buddhist Philosophy, Mindfulness, Nature-based, and other Evidence-Based modalities to help you uncover your inner spark, wisdom, and wholeness. I aim to walk alongside you as we explore your own inner guidance. I am committed to fostering an environment of non-judgment and compassion while seeking to understand your unique experiences with openness and kindness.
