My name is Janna (she/her), and I am a nature-based focused therapist passionate about supporting you on your journey to healing and growth. I work with individuals living with anxiety, depression, trauma, complex trauma, grief, or in life transitions. I am also passionate about working with those who identify as neurodivergent (highly sensitive/ adhd, etc.), those who are looking for integration or spiritual support, and/or those who have experienced narcissistic abuse. I offer in-person, telehealth, and outdoor space session options. Together, we will create a safe and authentic space for exploration as we navigate life’s tributaries of trials, challenges, beauty, wonder, and hope. I am committed to fostering an environment of non-judgment and compassion while seeking to understand your unique experiences with openness and kindness. As an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community, my therapeutic approach is rooted in a client-centered and somatic awareness, incorporating Brainspotting, DBT, Parts Work, Sand Tray, Jungian, Buddhist Philosophy, Mindfulness, Nature-based, and other evidence-based modalities. Through this collaborative process, I aim to help you uncover your inner spark, wisdom, and wholeness, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as we explore your own inner guidance.
When I’m not in the therapy space you’ll find me partaking in forms of self-care and moving energy by doing yoga, qi gong, meditating, hiking, trail running, dancing, attempting art, recycling, camping, cold water plunging, or backpacking in Colorado's mountains. This type of self-care and playfulness informs my work and nourishes my heart and spirit.
