Jessica (she/her) is an intern therapist currently working on her Masters of Social Work. 

Her approach radiates compassion and collaboration, creating a grounded space for exploring what it means to be human. Working with adolescents and young adults, she utilizes a cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused lens, while embracing eclecticism and evidence-based, patient-centered practices. With respect, exploration, and without judgment, she is dedicated to meeting you where you are. 

Jessica is committed to holding space for individuals experiencing overwhelm, anxiety, or navigating life transitions. She is open-minded, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and supportive of marginalized communities. Jessica’s goal in therapy is to help clients strengthen self-compassion, build tools, and better understand themselves.
