Raised in Kansas and residing in Denver, Colorado since 2012, I am a therapist, sister, daughter, artist, animal-caregiver, and partner. My bloodlines have been shaped by the indigenous lands of the Comanche peoples and regions of Germany through my father’s line, and the landscapes of Belgium and Ireland through my mother’s.
After battling my own journey with substance addiction, my path in supporting others began during a personal transformation in my late twenties. Like seeds waiting for the right conditions to sprout, this pivotal time inspired me to explore contemplative practices and the integration of Eastern, Western, & Indigenous healing approaches.
I root my practice in accountability and reciprocity while committing to communal spaces of connection, exploration, and healing. My work focuses on helping individuals uncover and reclaim their choice and expression through a collaborative, safe, and non-judgmental space.
I integrate mindfulness-based, relational, somatic, creative, existential and transpersonal therapies. I am guided by a trauma-informed, systems-oriented and liberation-focused perspective. I offer support for many different communities - including Queer, Neurodivergent, and historically oppressed peoples. I specialize in addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, developmental trauma, existentialism, and spiritual integration.
I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal. I am humbled to walk alongside others as they embark on their path toward wholeness. Our work together is like tending a garden - patient, intentional, and trusting in the natural wisdom of growth.
