Maeve Gannon,
Pronouns: she/her

I work with people who are confused by their emotions or who feel stuck in repeating cycles of conflict, stress, loneliness, or pain. I support individuals and couples as they find clarity, create new possibilities, strengthen their sense of self, and build deeper connections with others. In therapy, we will explore patterns and untangle experiences, feelings or behaviors that get pushed to the side in our day to day lives.

Some areas of focus in my practice include: Anxiety and Depression, Complex-trauma, Neurodiversity (late diagnosis ADHD and Autism), Attachment wounds, Anger, Conflict, Shame resilience, and Identity exploration.

My practice is rooted in the understanding that not all struggles we face are in our minds. Historical and ongoing oppressive forces shape our lives and wellbeing. I draw on psychodynamic, relational, and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches to offer clients insight, tools, and support.
