Sarah Fizer (she/they) (MSW, LSW) specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodiversity (ADHD, ASD, BPD), addictions, anxiety, anger, grief, suicidality, those deconstructing religious trauma, and chronic mental illness for clients ages 4 and up. Sarah comes from a client-centered, strengths-based, resilience, anti-oppressive perspective, trauma-informed lens which also integrates critical and systems theories. Their primary modality is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy which centers mindfulness, emotional regulation, relational effectiveness, and distress tolerance.
