Sarah Fizer (she/her) (MSW, LSW) specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodiversity (ADHD, ASD, BPD), addictions, anxiety, anger, suicidality, those deconstructing religious trauma, and chronic mental illness for clients ages 4-40. Sarah comes from a strengths-based, resilience, anti-oppressive perspective, trauma-informed lens which also integrates critical and systems theories. Her primary modality is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy which centers mindfulness, emotional regulation, relational effectiveness, and distress tolerance. Sarah is part of the new wave of Gen-Z therapists and is excited to meet you where you are at!
