(she/her)
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, Certified Core Energetics Practitioner, yoga teacher, and Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator in Training with a Master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University. I support clients navigating trauma, identity, grief, life transitions, depression, and anxiety through somatic psychotherapy that addresses root causes and fosters vitality, authenticity, and aliveness.
I believe healing happens when we feel seen and understood— at a cellular level. My sessions are emotionally focused, process-oriented journeys that draw from Internal Family Systems, Bioenergetics, and energy psychology. I aim to help clients gently rewire limiting beliefs by grounding in the wisdom of the present moment.
I identify as a white, Jew-ish, queer, first-generation American. I'm especially interested in how intergenerational and systemic trauma shape our karmic paths—and how ancestral lineage can also carry insight, resilience, and gifts that inform our healing and growth.
